Returns and Refunds Policy

At Orfebrería Rodríguez we are proud to offer religious goldsmith pieces made with dedication and excellence. However, we understand that in some cases it may be necessary to apply our returns and refunds policy.
1. Return Conditions
• Given the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases of proven manufacturing defects. 
• The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a review.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with no signs of use or improper handling.
2. Refunds
•Refunds will only be made if a manufacturing defect is proven. 
•The refunded amount will not include shipping costs and customs taxes incurred.
• Once approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, within up to 15 business days.

Warranty

• All our products have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. 
•This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.
